Occasional overtime work may be available/required depending on business needs The Role: Accounts Payable Matching receiving reports and packing slips to supplier invoices Verifying pricing accuracy on all vendor bills and credits Entering invoices and credits into Net

Suite ERP, accurately allocating expenses to general ledger accounts Reconciling supplier statements to Net

Suite records Creating cheques, drafts and ACH payments on time to ensure prompt discounts are allowed Contacting suppliers, when necessary, to resolve billing discrepancies Following up on pricing and billing discrepancies to ensure credits are received Maintaining an accurate filing system Managing incoming email and responding in a timely,
