One minute you might be helping a customer choose between PPF and vinyl, the next you're checking the schedule, getting film ready for the installers, following up on a lead, or grabbing a video of a freshly wrapped car for Instagram.If you like cars, people, sales, social media, and actually getting things done, this could be a great fit.What you'll doRun the shopOwn the day-to-day operations of the shop.Manage and support the team.Keep our CRM, schedule, work orders, invoices, and customer records organized.Make sure jobs, customers, and staff don't fall through the cracks.Customers & salesAnswer calls, talk to customers, follow up with leads, and help close sales.Manage customer expectations — and handle issues head‐on when they come up.Production supportHelp prep and plot film for upcoming jobs — we'll train you on the equipment.Content & socialTake photos and video of the cars we work on.Run Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and our other channels.Create Reels, Stories, before-and-afters, and behind-the-scenes content.Help grow YYC Wraps organically online.Who we're looking forWrap, PPF, tint, detailing, or automotive shop experience is a big plus. We can teach the technical parts.
