Drive waste and recycling loads as an AZ Driver with Joseph Transportation Group, operating multi-axle trailers across Ontario and Michigan in person.

This full time, permanent position supports the company’s Waste Division and follows a Monday-to-Friday schedule. You will operate Kenworth or Peterbilt trucks with 18-speed manual transmissions. The work uses open-top, close-top, walking-floor, or tipper trailers. Waste or recycling experience is an asset, while training is available for qualified drivers learning multi-axle trailer operation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Transport waste and recycling primarily across Ontario and Michigan
- Operate Kenworth or Peterbilt 18-speed manual trucks
- Handle multi-axle open-top and close-top trailers




- Operate walking-floor or tipper trailers when required
- Complete assigned Monday-to-Friday driving duties

Requirements:

- Valid AZ driver’s license
- Minimum one full year of commercial driving experience
- At least one year of AZ cross-border experience
- Ability to enter the United States
- Acceptable driver abstract and CVOR without major violations
