Product Design & Development Manager will directly manage design, costing, production timelines and quality assurance for new and current factories.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE10+ years of global sourcing/quality assurance experienceEstablished relationships and contacts with international factoriesExperience in sourcing and onboarding new factoriesExperience with or education in apparel fit, construction and textiles a mustAbility to visually inspect products during and after production to ensure qualityExperience managing the development of raw materials and finished goodsExperience in handling knit/woven apparelExperience establishing credible relationships with suppliersKnowledge of manufacturing and product engineering, trade regulations, testing protocol, product integrity, production timeline, calendar management,
