The University Engagement Lead develops, delivers, and evaluates The Ashmolean Student programme. Working within the Schools and University Engagement Team, you will connect Oxford’s diverse student community with the Museum, collections, and opportunities. The post involves collaboration across the Museum and wider University, alongside volunteer or intern engagement and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop creative engagement programmes for university students
- Deliver and evaluate The Ashmolean Student programme
- Build partnerships across the Museum and University




- Work with volunteers or interns
- Support accessible and inclusive cultural engagement

Requirements:

- Experience developing high-quality university engagement programmes
- Experience delivering programmes within cultural organisations or universities
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Confidence using digital platforms
- Understanding of the University of Oxford
