Little Burgundy is seeking a committed Sales Lead to support store management, mentor associates, and drive sales performance at our Halifax location. You will coach staff, ensure outstanding customer service, and uphold brand standards in a rapid-paced fashion retail environment.

You should be capable of multi-tasking, motivate a team, and handle opening/closing duties while maintaining Loss Prevention practices. Night and weekend shifts required; bilingualism valued.
