Support patients by phone and software as an Aramark Dietary Worker handling meal orders and nutritional questions. Work in a recorded, performance-based call center.

This Dietary Worker provides patient customer service and connects patients with appropriate departments regarding meal services. You will answer phones, record orders, and address questions about meals or nutritional needs. The position requires therapeutic diet knowledge, technology comfort, and calm communication under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

- Answer patient calls about meals and nutritional needs
- Take menu orders and record them using software
- Direct unanswered patient questions appropriately
- Coordinate accurate nutrition with doctors, nurses, and Food & Nutrition




- Protect customer privacy, safety, and dignity

Requirements:

- Previous customer service or call center experience preferred
- Food service or dietary clerk experience preferred
- Fluent English communication; bilingual or multilingual skills are advantageous
- Comfort using web-based software, keyboards, and telephone headsets
- Ability to type approximately 35 to 45 words per minute
