This Waitstaff position serves dining room guests through accurate food and beverage orders. You will follow established service steps while supporting safe food handling, sanitation, and guest requests. The work includes menu knowledge, specialized diets, and coordination with back-of-house staff. Previous food services experience is required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet guests warmly and take efficient food and beverage orders
- Deliver food professionally while maintaining sanitation standards
- Explain menu items, ingredients, combinations, and specialized diets
- Coordinate orders and special requests with back-of-house staff
- Set up, clean, and maintain the dining room

Requirements:

- Previous experience in the food services industry
- Valid Food Handler Certificate or provincial equivalent
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to get along
- Ability to lift and transfer heavy, hot items
- Ability to stand and walk throughout most shifts
