Reporting to the Regional Director, the Site Manager coordinates activities tied to purchasing, transporting, and processing materials. You will supervise teams, oversee daily operations, and support performance objectives. The position requires clear communication, planning, decision-making, and attention to safety.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate daily site activities and operational priorities
- Supervise, coach, motivate, and evaluate employees
- Coordinate truck dispatching and transportation schedules
- Manage ferrous and non-ferrous material procurement




- Maintain customer-focused service and local marketing initiatives
