This part time float position supports people through wound care, IV therapy, tube feeding, medication administration, and health teaching. Your person and family-centered approach will guide decisions while supporting collaborative interdisciplinary care. You will help clients and families navigate additional resources.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver care in homes, clinics, and community locations
- Apply wound care, IV therapy, and tube feeding skills
- Administer medications and provide health teaching
- Provide palliative and paediatric care
- Support clients and families with community resources

Requirements:

- Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- Professional liability insurance and current vulnerable sector screening
- Reliable insured vehicle and valid driver’s license
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Availability for required travel and scheduling commitments
