Support resident wellness at AgeCare Cariboo Place in Williams Lake through attentive personal care and collaborative nursing support. This full-time schedule runs 0700 to 1900.

As a Resident Care Attendant, you will work with the Director of Care, Resident Care Manager, nurses, and healthcare teams. Your responsibilities include monitoring resident conditions, supporting Nursing Care Plans, providing personal care, assisting transfers, and following resident-specific diets. Care follows provincial standards, the Team-oriented Care Model, and AgeCare Life Policies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Observe and report resident condition changes to nurses
- Support Nursing Care Plan development with resident observations
- Provide bathing, dressing, washing, and personal care




- Assist transfers using lifts, belts, and required controls
- Provide meals, treatments, mobility assistance, and daily monitoring

Requirements:

- Registration with the BC Care Aide Registry
- Minimum Health Care Assistant Provincial Certification
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- At least five years' continuing care experience
- Dementia care experience and transfer capability
