As a Personal Support Worker, you will support activities of daily living for residents across Cogir Senior Living residences. Your work includes ambulatory support, personal hygiene, companionship, and nutritional support. You will build trusted relationships with residents, families, and teams while communicating care changes to clinical leads.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver personalized activities of daily living support
- Provide ambulatory, hygiene, companionship, and nutritional assistance
- Demonstrate compassion and empathy toward residents and families
- Document completed tasks on an electronic health record




- Identify and communicate changes in resident care needs

Requirements:

- Personal Support Worker certification or international nursing education
- Current Basic Cardiac Life Support and First Aid certification
- Current Vulnerable Sector Check or willingness to obtain one
- Strong written, oral, organizational, and time management skills
- Teamwork, customer service, respect, and relationship-building abilities
