Serve Dalhousie Food Services customers with food preparation, cash handling, and sanitation responsibilities as part of Aramark Canada’s team.

This General Help position supports dining operations at Dalhousie University. You will provide courteous customer service, explain menu items and events, prepare food at assigned stations, and maintain food safety standards. Previous food service experience is an asset.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process customer transactions and balance cash floats
- Educate customers about menu items and dining events
- Prepare food according to assigned station menus
- Clean and sanitize surrounding work areas
- Stock shelves, bars, coolers, and merchandise

Requirements:

- Previous food service experience is an asset
- Valid WHMIS and Food Protected certification
- Food safety and hygiene commitment
- Ability to work supervised and unsupervised
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
