As a Security Officer at Chances, you oversee casino security while maintaining awareness of gaming operations. You control access, monitor alarms, issue keys, write reports, and conduct investigations. The position requires compliance with provincial gaming regulations, applicable laws, policies, and procedures. You also provide First Aid or medical attention when required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain a visible presence across the gaming floor
- Respond quickly to guest inquiries and security concerns
- Control facility access, including sensitive areas




- Monitor alarm panels and control or issue keys
- Write reports, maintain logs, and conduct investigations

Requirements:

- Minimum six months of security experience
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- Solid customer service, communication, and analytical skills
- Computer and surveillance equipment experience
- Ability to obtain required gaming registration or licensing
