Lead enterprise risk management and compliance at PICTON Investments, translating regulatory requirements into practical guidance and effective processes.Reporting to the Chief Compliance Officer, the Senior Director will develop, implement, and enhance the firm’s ERM framework. The position partners with business leaders across functions to identify, assess, monitor, and mitigate enterprise-wide risks.
