Deliver exceptional customer service at Lansdowne Place as a Guest Services Representative serving shoppers and tenants in Peterborough, Ontario. Support property programs and daily inquiries.

Primaris REIT is hiring two Guest Services Representatives for a contract anticipated to end January 3, 2027. You will serve as a primary contact while supporting gift cards, lost and found, directions, and communications. The work requires customer service experience, property knowledge development, and willingness to learn. Microsoft Office experience, First Aid, CPR, and AED certifications are assets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional support to customers and tenants
- Assist with the property gift card program
- Administer the lost and found program




- Provide directions and answer calls and emails
- Maintain manuals and organize information brochures

Requirements:

- Completed or pursuing a secondary school diploma
- At least one year of customer service experience
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Willingness to learn Health and Safety procedures
- Microsoft Office experience considered an asset
