Key Responsibilities:

- Complete records and documentation accurately and thoroughly

Requirements:

- One year of previous caregiving experience
- Experience supporting clients with dementia
- Valid PSW, DSW, HCA, or foreign-trained nurse certificate
- Valid car for independent travel between client homes
- CPR certification, references, screening, vaccination, and work eligibility
