Operate tractors for Clintar’s winter snow and ice clearing team, using safe equipment practices and responding on call overnight. Work depends on winter conditions and requires short-notice availability throughout the season.

As a Tractor Operator, you will service commercial, industrial, and institutional properties during snow and ice events. The work includes de-icing, moving snow, protecting site features, and communicating conditions through dispatch. Experience with snowy farm tractor operations is a strong asset.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate equipment safely during snow and ice events
- Clear snow and move it to designated storage areas
- Protect vehicles, landscaping, curbs, and customer property
- Follow site maps, route books,



and instructions
- Report hazards, incidents, damage, and equipment malfunctions

Requirements:

- Availability twenty-four hours daily, seven days weekly
- Valid Ontario Class G licence and good driving record
- Reliable smartphone with active data plan
- Positive judgment and attention to detail
- Ability to work overnight and extended shifts
