As a receptionist, you'll pick up shifts as needed to keep the front desk running smoothly: welcoming everyone with a smile, answering questions, and handling the day-to-day admin that keeps the club moving.WHAT YOU'LL DOWelcome members and guestsGreet every member and guest warmly as they arriveKnow the club, answer any questions clearly and politelyTrack guest entry and exitKeep the reception area professionalBookings and member requestsManage dining reservations, special event registrations, and sport bookingsAnswer phone and in-person questions,
