Nurse Next Door seeks an Overnight Personal Support Worker with one year of caregiving experience. Follow care plans prepared by the Care Designer while practicing safely within your experience and knowledge. Accurate documentation, English communication, and client safety are central to the work.

Key Responsibilities:

- Redirect dementia clients and assist with personal care
- Execute care plans outlined by the Care Designer
- Meet client safety needs during overnight care
- Use equipment safely and properly
- Complete records and documentation accurately and thoroughly

Requirements:

- One year of previous caregiving experience
- Proof of PSW Certificate or equivalent
- Current TB Screen and Criminal Record Check
- Verbal and written English communication
- Valid driver’s license and legal Canadian work authorization
