As a Keyholder, you assist with store operations and represent Pet Valu in surrounding communities. You recommend products and services for dogs, cats, birds, fish, reptiles, and small animals. The Pet Valu family includes Paulmac's Pet Food, Bosley's, Tisol, and Total Pet, supporting local pets through shelters, rescues, charities, adoption events, and donation drives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process cashier transactions and customer sales
- Prepare merchandise orders, banking, and store paperwork
- Stock pet supplies and household items under ten pounds




- Open and close the store following company procedures
- Assign daily goals and tasks when managers are absent

Requirements:

- At least two years of retail or customer service experience
- Working knowledge of point of sale systems
- Robust customer service skills and friendly personality
- Ability to lift fifty pounds repetitively
- Flexible availability, reliable transportation, and possible driver's license
