Use diesel diagnostics and repair skills as a 310T Truck and Coach Technician at McDougall Energy’s Cochrane, Ontario shop. Service an internal fleet.

Reporting to the Operations Supervisor, this technician services tractors, trailers, and varied equipment makes and models. The work includes safety inspections, maintenance, repairs, documentation, and post-repair verification. Experience with diesel engines, powertrains, electrical systems, aftertreatment, trailer systems, and diagnostic software applies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform MTO safety inspections on tractors and trailers
- Diagnose and repair diesel, electrical, and pneumatic systems
- Service trailer brakes, suspension, lighting, ABS, and structures
- Complete preventative maintenance, logs, and service reports
- Conduct post-repair inspections and support road testing

Requirements:

- Valid 310T license or active apprenticeship
- Valid G Class Driver’s License
- Numeric ability and solid problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer service experience
- Willingness to travel
