As Knotch’s founding quality leader, you will manage automation across all products and establish testing from scratch. You will use AI tools, Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, API testing, and CI/CD pipelines. The role combines technical execution, distributed-team leadership, and close collaboration with engineering and product.
Key Responsibilities: Develop AI-native automation and reusable test scripts
Build testing frameworks and comprehensive product test suites
Manage offshore QA and build a United States team
Test APIs, AI outputs, reliability, edge cases,



and regressions
Analyze results, coverage, root causes, and JIRA tickets
Requirements: Eight-plus years of QA engineering experience
Two-plus years leading or managing automation teams
Hands-on AI tools, agents, and automation experience
Expertise with Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar tools
Experience with APIs, Postman, CI/CD, Git, cloud, and SQL
Lead Knotch quality through AI-native automation, scalable frameworks, API validation, and distributed QA team development.
