Lead multidisciplinary sustaining engineering for CoolIT’s CDU portfolio in a hybrid, full time Technical Lead role. Coordinate mechanical, electrical, controls, software, and test engineering.
CoolIT, an Ecolab Company, develops Direct Liquid Cooling technology for data centers, supercomputers, and high-performance computing environments. The Sustaining Technical Lead coordinates activities from production introduction through end of life. You will translate priorities into engineering plans, manage risks, and deliver product improvements.
Key Responsibilities: Lead sustaining engineering activities across the CDU product portfolio
Coordinate deliverables across multidisciplinary engineering teams
Manage technical interfaces, dependencies, risks, trade-offs, and escalations
Lead design reviews, change reviews,



and root-cause investigations
Drive engineering changes through assessment, control, and implementation
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline or related field
Five or more years of multidisciplinary engineering experience
Experience leading complex cross-functional technical initiatives
Experience with requirements and configuration management processes
Strong root-cause analysis, risk assessment, and communication skills
Apply technical leadership, engineering change control, and multidisciplinary coordination to improve CoolIT CDU product performance and reliability.
