As a senior-level Safety Specialist, you will support complex industrial projects through proactive environmental health and safety practices. Ganotec operates across civil, structural steel, heavy mechanical, process piping, and electrical disciplines. Your work will reinforce the “Nobody Gets Hurt” philosophy while maintaining compliance with OSHA standards, legislation, and company policies.
Key Responsibilities: Implement environmental health and safety programs at project level
Inspect facilities, equipment, and processes for hazards
Analyze illness and accident data for prevention




Coach employees on safe work behaviors and corrections
Coordinate safety training, records, and presentations
Requirements: 10+ years of safety experience
Degree in Occupational Health and Safety preferred
Knowledge of OSHA standards and injury management
Microsoft Word and Excel proficiency
Flexibility to travel, relocate, and access construction sites
Apply senior safety expertise, OSHA knowledge, auditing, and coaching to protect Ganotec project workforces across multiple locations.
