As Superintendent, you will direct daily field operations for renewable energy construction. The work spans foundations, earthworks, concrete placement, and site logistics. You will coordinate with project management, engineering, survey, quality, safety, environmental, and client teams.
Key Responsibilities: Lead daily wind turbine foundation and earthworks operations
Coordinate clearing, excavation, grading, drainage, roads, and restoration
Oversee excavation, reinforcing steel, anchor cages, concrete, and backfilling
Manage crews, subcontractors, equipment, materials, and concrete deliveries
Monitor productivity, schedules, safety performance,



and field constraints
Requirements: Superintendent experience in renewable, heavy civil, industrial, or infrastructure construction
Experience leading large-scale earthworks and concrete foundation scopes
Knowledge of excavation, grading, drainage, dewatering, and concrete placement
Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, surveys, schedules, and tolerances
Willingness to travel and work at project sites
Bring renewable construction leadership, concrete foundation expertise, and practical field coordination to Bird’s wind energy projects.
