Hitachi Rail seeks an experienced Senior Construction Manager to oversee prestigious metro and light rail projects. You will coordinate engineering teams, contractors, and stakeholders while managing construction resources and deployment activities. The position requires technical construction knowledge, leadership, and project management proficiency.
Key Responsibilities: Lead construction planning, coordination, and execution across project phases
Monitor progress, risks, delays, budgets, and quality standards
Manage labor, materials, equipment, and construction resources
Ensure regulatory, code, safety, and quality compliance




Coordinate system handover, testing, commissioning, and startup activities
Requirements: Minimum ten years of construction management experience
Large-scale infrastructure project delivery experience
Knowledge of construction methodologies, techniques, and best practices
English proficiency and solid stakeholder communication skills
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related field
