The Opportunity: We are currently looking for an Intellectual Property Lawyer to join us in Halifax, NS or St. John’s, NL.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years’ representative experience in connection with: Trademark prosecution in Canada;
Copyright, trademark and trade secret protection;
Licensing and other IP agreements,



including SaaS/distribution contracts;
Representation of clients on IP matters before the Federal Court and TMOB;
IP strategy and advice.
In addition, the ideal candidate has strong communication skills and can manage multiple client priorities within tight timelines.
This is a partnership track role and, as such, the successful candidate will be expected to actively participate in client development and positively contribute to the culture of the firm.
Candidates must be a member in positive standing with a Canadian Law Society.
