Support Powell Canada’s Edmonton electrical manufacturing operations through accurate material handling, shipment preparation, and organized inventory work on the weekend shift.

Based at the Electrical Division Edmonton location, this permanent Material Handler reports to the Senior Manufacturing Supervisor. You will move incoming and outgoing parts, prepare shipments, fill production kits, and maintain shipping, receiving, storage, and inventory areas. The position runs Friday through Sunday, from 5:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Key Responsibilities:

- Move materials using handcarts, forklifts, cranes, or pallet jacks
- Pick parts and products accurately for shipments
- Fill kits and deliver materials to production
- Prepare shipments through staging,



loading, and documentation
- Maintain organized, clean shipping and receiving areas

Requirements:

- High School Diploma required
- Zero to three years manufacturing experience
- Ability to read tape measures and perform unit conversions
- Basic computer knowledge considered an asset
- Legal authorization to work in Canada required
