Indigo seeks a seasonal Customer Experience Representative to create welcoming customer experiences through storytelling, product knowledge, and thoughtful service.

This part time, fixed-term position supports daily store operations while connecting customers with books, lifestyle products, and ideas. You will engage shoppers on the sales floor, curate product collections, and contribute to Indigo’s mission of adding joy. Retail experience is preferred, not required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support store operations before or after closing
- Replenish stock, shelve products, and process merchandise
- Create welcoming environments using merchandising standards
- Tell product stories and connect with customers




- Respond promptly to customer feedback and share improvement ideas

Requirements:

- Adaptability and willingness to learn store operations
- Commitment to exceptional customer and employee experiences
- Ability to remain mobile on the sales floor
- Ability to lift items weighing up to 40 pounds
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and overnights
