The Building Maintenance team member handles upkeep across Trico Centre for Family Wellness’s recreational facility. Responsibilities include general repairs, maintenance requests, and preventive programs for mechanical, plumbing, and structural systems. The work supports patrons, tenants, staff, and contractors throughout the facility.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform routine inspections across facility areas
- Complete general repairs and address maintenance requests
- Support preventive mechanical, plumbing, and structural maintenance




- Respond promptly to facility issues and safety concerns
- Coordinate with staff and contractors when required

Requirements:

- Building maintenance experience in recreational or commercial facilities
- Practical carpentry skills for minor structural repairs
- Basic to intermediate plumbing troubleshooting and repair skills
- Ability to follow health and safety regulations
- High school diploma or equivalent
