You will support Environmental Services laboratory operations through sample reception, identification, preparation, dilutions, analytical batches, and quality control. Key Responsibilities:

- Log, identify, catalog, store, retrieve, and dispose of samples
- Prepare samples, standards, reagents, dilutions, and analytical batches
- Calibrate, set up, maintain, and record laboratory equipment




- Interpret results and monitor equipment maintenance and supplies
- Follow quality, health, safety, environmental, and cleanliness protocols

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Science post-secondary education considered a robust asset
- Working knowledge of LIMS and computer software
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively under pressure
