Egg Collection Operations personnel prepare the daily production of quail eggs for customers. You will inspect eggs and belts, grade eggs according to company standards, and package and label production. The work also includes sanitation, product quality, food safety, and production efficiency. The position reports to the Egg Collection Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

- Inspect eggs and egg belts before daily collection
- Grade eggs according to company standards
- Package and label daily quail egg production
- Sanitize storage areas as required

Requirements:

- Previous egg collection, sorting, grading, or handling experience
- Experience in poultry barns, hatcheries, or agricultural operations
- Food safety experience in production or farm environments
- Ability to maintain pace and meet production targets
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks throughout a shift
