Lead aerospace design quality from Mirabel, applying Verification and Validation expertise across A220 development and international engineering collaboration.
As Design Quality Leader, you will support A220 recent developments within the Engineering Quality team. You will work with Airbus Quality engineering colleagues in Europe and cross-functional business partners. Your focus includes design-process adherence, requirements management, and product maturity throughout the Development Cycle.
Key Responsibilities: Guarantee compliance with Verification and Validation requirements processes
Monitor quality of documented means of compliance
Deploy the quality framework for continuous process improvement




Promote readiness reviews before key design milestones
Establish development-process quality assurance mechanisms
Requirements: Minimum ten years of aerospace industry experience
Experience cascading, validating, and verifying requirements
Strong process analysis and optimization knowledge
Excellent English and French communication skills
Ability to collaborate internationally with stakeholders
Apply aerospace quality leadership, V&V; expertise, and process assurance skills to A220 product development in Mirabel.
