At Limbic, you will lead AI for a clinical assessment product serving US healthcare organizations. You will work with product, engineering, and clinical colleagues, collaborating with the ML team in London. The system gathers histories, administers PHQ-9 and GAD-7, detects risk, and recommends treatment programs.
Key Responsibilities: Own conversational assessment quality and clinical prediction accuracy
Improve safety checks for patient messages and AI replies
Productionize machine learning models optimizing product KPIs
Build evaluation harnesses and simulated patient conversations




Maintain labelled transcript review before patient exposure
Requirements: PhD plus two years, or degree plus four years
Productizing LLM features and eval-driven development expertise
Expert Python and TypeScript or JavaScript proficiency
Experience building LLM agent harnesses and reinforcement learning
Scalable machine learning architecture and cloud experience
