Lead customer intelligence through machine learning, experimentation, and advanced analytics as Autodesk’s Senior Manager, GTM Data Science. This role requires technical credibility and people leadership.
You will guide a diverse data science team within Autodesk’s Go-to-Market Data & Intelligence organization. The work spans customer renewals, expansion, segmentation, and engagement decisions. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, analytics, engineering, and program management leaders to deliver measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities: Shape the multi-quarter roadmap for customer engagement use cases
Prioritize decisions where data science creates customer and business value
Lead modeling, validation, deployment, experimentation, and impact measurement
Establish operating rhythms,



quality standards, and outcome reviews
Recruit, coach, retain, and develop data scientists and leaders
Requirements: 8+ years in data science, machine learning, or advanced analytics
3+ years managing data science, machine learning, or analytics teams
Advanced quantitative degree or equivalent practical experience
Technical fluency in Python or R and SQL
Knowledge of modeling, experimentation, causal inference, and evaluation
Apply technical leadership, stakeholder influence, and decision intelligence expertise to improve Autodesk customer and business outcomes.
