You will connect workforce priorities, employee insights, technology trends, and business needs across multiple product domains. The work spans portfolio direction, governance, AI-enabled innovation, performance, and product management maturity.
Key Responsibilities: Define product strategy across HR domains, journeys, and workforce capabilities
Frame senior-leader recommendations involving outcomes, risks, dependencies, and sequencing
Lead responsible AI capability identification, evaluation, and scaling




Establish portfolio success measures tied to adoption and business value
Mentor Product Managers and matrixed partners across HR
Requirements: 12+ years in product management, strategy, transformation, or related disciplines
Enterprise-scale portfolios, roadmaps, or complex transformation experience
Senior-leader influence without formal authority
Experience in large, matrixed organizations
Strategic product leadership, portfolio management, and systems thinking
