As a Senior AI Data Scientist, you will serve as an applied artificial intelligence specialist within Hyper Automation – Cross-sector Solutions, Acceleration and Data. You will improve production models through applied data science, performance analysis, and continuous improvement. The role delivers measurable results for business teams while supporting platform quality, reliability, and evolution.
Key Responsibilities: Define quality metrics for classification, extraction, validation, and confidence scores
Build reference, validation, and test datasets for model evaluation
Analyze production results and identify causes of problems




Develop models, prompts, thresholds, and validation rules
Track performance, detect drift, and recommend adjustments
Requirements: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field
Seven to ten years of relevant experience
Experience evaluating models or improving production solutions
Solid Python experience and solid SQL knowledge
French and English language proficiency
