The Procurement Manager, Sourcing & Contracting, leads end-to-end procurement transactions from strategy development through sourcing, approvals, negotiations, and executed agreements. This senior role requires strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, risk management, stakeholder management, and governance experience. You will partner with business stakeholders, suppliers, Legal, and risk and control functions.
Key Responsibilities: Lead procurement initiatives through intake to executed agreement
Develop sourcing and negotiation strategies aligned with objectives
Manage supplier selection, negotiations, approvals, and execution




Evaluate proposals and recommend outcomes to stakeholders
Ensure compliance with policies, controls, and governance requirements
Requirements: Bachelor's Degree is required
Eight or more years in procurement, sourcing, or contracts
Experience leading end-to-end procurement transactions
Robust supplier commercial and contractual negotiation experience
Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
Apply strategic sourcing, supplier negotiation, risk management, and governance expertise as a senior procurement manager in Toronto or Mississauga.
