About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer to lead its organization and provide strategic, administrative, risk, and financial leadership. Robust communication and advisory skills are essential, including the ability to explain complex issues clearly, build consensus in ambiguous situations, and cultivate trusted relationships. Candidates should also demonstrate sound judgment, strategic leadership, and the ability to guide high-performing teams.
