As a Senior Project Architect, you will guide projects from development through close-out while balancing design intent, budgets, schedules, and technical requirements. Healthcare, education, federal, and laboratory environments are emphasized, with collaboration across architects, planners, designers, and technical experts.
Key Responsibilities: Direct multidisciplinary teams throughout complete project lifecycles
Develop work plans defining scope, resources, schedules, and budgets
Review architectural documents for interdisciplinary conflicts
Oversee drawings, reports, specifications,
and quality procedures
Coordinate authorities, stakeholders, consultants, and project teams
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or closely related field
Minimum ten years of experience
Registered Architect designation
Proficiency using Autodesk Revit and related tools
Experience preparing architectural contract documents and specifications
Bring registered architectural leadership, Revit proficiency, and project coordination expertise to HDR’s complex community-serving environments.
