As Senior Business Information Security Officer for AI, you will connect emerging risks with business-focused decisions. You will guide secure AI design, assessment, and operation while strengthening governance, regulatory readiness, and risk visibility. The role partners across business, technology, control, and regulatory functions.
Key Responsibilities: Lead AI security strategies, standards, policies, and control expectations
Advise partners on AI risk, control gaps, and mitigations
Assess applications, models, agents, infrastructure, platforms, and third parties
Oversee governance, reporting, metrics, remediation,



and forums
Translate threats and regulations into resilience improvements
Requirements: University degree or equivalent relevant qualified experience
10+ years in information security, technology risk, or related disciplines
Experience applying recognized AI risk and governance frameworks
Experience leading complex technology risk and control assessments
Knowledge of secure AI development and adversarial threats
Bring senior AI security governance, risk assessment, and executive communication expertise to TD’s Toronto technology organization.
