As Patient Portering Supervisor, you will oversee daily patient transport operations and manage unionized associates. The role requires healthcare or acute care experience, supervisory capability, administrative organization, and effective problem-solving. You will coordinate assignments, staffing coverage, reports, training, and communication with clinical departments and end users.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily patient transport operations and unionized associates
Prepare assignments, review priorities, and communicate shift changes
Document attendance, call-offs, replacements, and staff breaks




Coordinate with clinical departments, supervisors, and end users
Ensure infection control procedures and patient flow requirements
Requirements: At least two years of related supervisory experience
Healthcare or acute care environment experience
Unionized environment experience preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and portering software
Strong communication, analytical, and organizational abilities
