Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist members in person and by phone
Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payments
Set up and maintain member accounts accurately
Support lending and investment services with documentation




Maintain records and complete routine administrative tasks
Requirements: Strong customer service and communication skills
Professional phone etiquette and active listening abilities
Computer literacy with financial software and office applications
Accuracy handling cash, transactions, and confidential information
