You will balance employees, operations, customer service, compliance, inventory, and daily problem solving. The role requires ownership of store standards, staffing, and operational continuity.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily retail operations and store presentation standards
Complete opening, closing, cash-outs, deposits, and documentation
Supervise, coach, onboard, and support employees
Respond to staffing issues and provide store coverage
Support compliant customer service across regulated sales




Requirements: Minimum two years of retail supervisory or management experience preferred
Valid CannSell certification or ability to obtain and maintain certification
Experience with POS systems, cash handling, and inventory controls
Robust leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
Flexible availability for days, evenings, and holidays
