Shannex is seeking a Recreation Coordinator for its Parkland Ancaster team. You will collaborate with residents and families across six wellness dimensions while supporting individualized and community-wide programs. The work includes resident orientation, partnership development, programming evaluation, and recreation services for special functions.
Key Responsibilities: Assess residents’ engagement across six dimensions of wellness
Support resident goals and strategies for overall wellness
Develop individualized and community-wide recreation programs




Foster partnerships with local businesses and community groups
Evaluate programming and oversee special-function recreation services
Requirements: Diploma or degree in recreation or related discipline
Minimum two years’ senior recreation programming experience
Strong communication, computer, and wellness knowledge
Current CPR, First Aid, Food Safety, and Smart Serve certifications
G Driver’s Licence, clean abstract, and versatile availability
