The work includes shipment verification, inventory placement, order picking, packing, customer back-orders, and counter sales support. PC skills, MS Office, communication, and deadline management are important to the position.
Key Responsibilities: Receive, verify, and stock incoming merchandise
Offload trucks and check damaged or missing goods
Pick, pack, and ship accurate orders
Locate back-orders and advise customers upon arrival
Support counter sales, merchandising, and customer orders
Requirements: Experience in a similar position is an asset
Strong verbal, non-verbal, and written communication
Ability to work unsupervised and meet deadlines
Good PC skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Ability to handle items under 50 pounds
