As a Christmas Kettle Bell Ringer, you will serve as a positive ambassador for The Salvation Army. You will answer questions about ministries and programs, collect donations, and protect kettle funds. The position requires interpersonal skills, integrity, adaptability, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities: Remain at the kettle for each assigned shift
Ensure donations and petty cash remain secure
Answer donor questions about programs and ministries
Represent The Salvation Army positively and professionally
Follow policies, procedures, legislation, and safety requirements
Requirements: Completed high school or equivalent
Excellent interpersonal skills, integrity, and adaptability
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Reliable transportation to the kettle location
Ability to stand, work outdoors, and lift 9 to 12 kilograms
