City of West Kelowna is seeking a motivated HR Co-op Student to join the Human Resources team. This role offers hands-on experience across HR functions including records management, HRIS implementation, and admin support.
You will assist with HR document migration, maintain employee files, and support daily operations to improve processes and service delivery. The term runs January to April at 35 hours per week with an hourly rate of 26.17 CAD plus 14% in lieu pay.
