$65,000 to $115,000 + Variable Compensation & Performance Bonus Hello World Recruitment, founded by Jeremy Corbet, is recruiting an experienced Private Client Services Account Manager for an established Canadian insurance brokerage.
This is an opportunity for a Personal Lines insurance professional with strong client relationship skills and experience working with high-value homes, automobiles, and complex personal insurance portfolios.
You will manage a diverse portfolio of private clients and work closely with Producers and insurance partners to deliver a high level of service and insurance expertise.
What We’re Looking For Active RIBO license in good standing
Minimum 5 years of Personal Lines Insurance experience
Experience servicing high-value homes and automobiles is strongly preferred
Strong understanding of Personal Lines coverage and risk exposures
Proven ability to identify coverage gaps and round out accounts




Strong client relationship and sales skills
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
EPIC experience is an asset
CAIB, CIP, or other insurance designations are an asset
Experience with high-net-worth insurance products or Private Client Services is an asset
What You’ll Be Doing Manage a portfolio of Private Client Services accounts
Handle renewals, endorsements, policy changes, and other account servicing requirements
Assess client risk exposures and identify coverage needs
Provide knowledgeable insurance advice to high-value clients
Review accounts and identify opportunities to round out coverage
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Work closely with Producers and insurance partners
Negotiate and communicate effectively with clients and insurers
Maintain accurate and organized account documentation
Compensation & Benefits $65,000 to $115,000 annual compensation range
